Kimitoshi Yabuki is specialized in international and domestic antitrust and litigation practice and is the managing partner of Yabuki Law Offices.
He is the Secretary General of the largest organisation for antitrust lawyers in Japan, the Japan Competition Law Forum. Yabuki is also the and Secretary General of the Special Task Force on Amendment of the Antimonopoly Act of the Japan Federation of Bar Association as well as the Chairman of International Relations Committee of JFBA. Yabuki is a professor in Antitrust Law as well as a lecturer in International Legal Assistance. He is the co-author of the several law books in the Antitrust area.
Yabuki was appointed as the Lawyer of the Year in Japan (2013) by the Best Lawyers. His firm received the award of Law Firm of the Year in Japan and has been highly recommended by the Global Competition Review.
